With an affinity for Modern Vernacular Architecture, Clay designs and builds homes rooted in history with an updated aesthetic that looks and feels right for its location. He is sensitive to honoring the past and present elements, yielding a modern-day style strong in form and function. Clay graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, Aggie Class of '01.

Amberly Kolby has over 25 years in the design-build industry. Her father is the founder of a successful custom home business in College Station, Texas. Both Clay and Amberly worked in the family construction business as they attended Texas A&M University. Whoop Aggie class of '01.

Her design goal is to develop cohesive aesthetics that are functional yet beautiful to the eye.
